Prof P P Arya, Managing Director MA(Economics), Ph D in Human Resource and
Advanced Diploma in Labour Laws from Panjab University is a former faculty
member of University Business School (UBS), PU, Chandigarh.
He served Panjab University for more than 40 years. He has 14 books and 50 research papers in
the field of management published in journals of national and international
repute to his credit. He has supervised ten UBS students for their Ph D theses
in management, and more than 30 consultancy projects for companies of repute.
He was editor of PU Management Review a journal of UBS. He remained on the
governing bodies of Panjab Univeristy such as Senate, Syndicate, Board of Finance,
Academic Council, Board of Studies etc. for a number of years. He has also been
associated with hearing and inspection Committees of AICTE, New Delhi.

Prof R D Anand holds Master in Chemistry, and
Laws, Panjab University Chandigarh and
Doctorate, University of London, UK. A former
Professor and Dean, Panjab University, Dr. Anand
had been associated with decision making bodies
being on the Senate, Syndicate, Board of Finance,
Academic Council, College Development Council,
etc. As Director, Association of Indian Universities
(AIU), New Delhi, he was engaged in policy planning guiding research
on problems and issues in emerging areas of Higher Education and
coordinating training programmes for university teachers and
administrators. He Participated at Roundtables on collaborative
programmes and strategic partnership with foreign providers of Higher
Education, including those from UK, USA and Austrialia . Prof Anand has
served on UGC committees for the evaluation of universities and
recommendations for development grants for different Five-year plans /
special assistance programmes projects.

Prop Singla contributed immensely to the
curriculum development, board of Studies in

Advertising. She has 25
yeas experience in
teaching, research and
consultancy to her credit. She has command
on various management subjects including
consumer behavior, Marketing management,
business communications, values and ethics
and cross culture management, personality
development. She has worked in institute of
repute in Delhi for 20 years taking care of
various administrative and academic
responsibilities. She has been instrumental in
