Dr. I.T. Business School, Village Jalalpur, near Banur organized an Industrial Tour for MBA students at Morepen Laboratories, Baddi. Morepen Laboratories was established in 1998 and is a fast growing Pharmaceutical Company. It has a list of finished dosage offering mainly in five segments- Gastroentology, Respiratory, Dermatology, Cardiology and Neuropsychiatry. It is an export oriented company with the production of 90 products for overseas.

The purpose of this visit was to build Industry academia interface which will help students to fill their theoretical gaps. Another reason was to encourage scientific sense of enquiry of the students and make them familiar with corporate environment. The students visited bulk drug plants from P1 to P4, P8 to P10a, Warehouse 1 and 2, Research and Development wing and also Administrative Block.Mr Rajeev, Chartered Accountant, Mr. N P Singh, Project Manager of the Company handled the queries of the students.
