Dr I T Group of Institutes organized a seminar on the awareness about the AIDS on WORLD AIDS DAY 2009. The theme of the seminar was Human Rights and Access to Treatment.

Prof P Parkash Arya, Managing Director of the institute in his speech emphasized on the different measures that should be taken by every adult to stay away form the disease, he also said that their should be no discrimination towards the people suffering from HIV+ and everyone should respect them and treat them equally.

After this a few students spoke on the AIDS the causes and remedies of aids.

At the end, Prof R K Dixit, Principal Business School (Women) said that the person should bear good moral character and should focus on improving their character through out the life and by this the problem like Aids can also be solved.

Mr M K Mahajan, Chairman of the Group While presiding over the seminar said that everyone should take the responsibility for removing the disease like AIDS and should contribute in raising awareness about Aids.
