Dr. S.K. Salwan, Vice Chancellor of Punjab Technical University, Jalandhar visited Dr. I.T. Institute of Management and Technology near Banur. Dr S.K. Salwan, the vice chancellor in his address said that modern age was an age of Science and Technology. He expressed his satisfaction over the keen interest evinced by the private promoters for the opening institute of technical education in the state. He expressed his belief that the youth of this country would certainly realize the dreams of Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam, the former President of India to make our country a super power by the year 2020. He inspired the students by quoting profusely from the writings of Tagore, Nehru and APJ Abdul Kalam.

Shri M.K. Mahajan, the chairman of the institute highlighted the aims and objects of the institute and said that Dr. I.T Business School would train the young students thoroughly to meet the challenges of the corporate world.

Ms Deepti Mahajan, while moving a vote of thanks assured to make this institute a centre of excellence in the field of management studies.
